Ross Whillis is a UK freelance industrial designer with over 12 years’ experience, helping in-house teams, consultancies, OEMs and start-ups turn early ideas into clearly defined, commercially viable products.

His strongest focus is the front end of product development, understanding the opportunity, defining the brief, exploring concepts and validating the right direction before significant engineering investment begins.

Ross can also support projects through 3D CAD, prototyping and Design for Manufacture, combining creative thinking with a practical understanding of materials, mechanisms and production.
